Someone starts a hangout and names it — "Saturday bowling night", "Weekend camping trip". They get an invite link.
The crew opens the link. First-timers pick a display name and they're in. No password, no email required.
Everyone chats in one thread. Anyone can drop a widget: a date survey, a calendar, a time poll, a food or activity spot vote, a yes/no question.
Nova, the assistant, listens and keeps a draft itinerary up to date — date, venue, activities, budget — with a one-line reason for each pick. It stays out of the conversation unless you say its name.
When the plan looks right, people tap Ready up and the organizer taps Lock the plan in. Everyone gets the confirmed plan, and the chat stays open for the day-of chatter.
